Exposure

We are taught at a young age to judge our exteriors through self-worth and misconception. We are taught to hide and imagine what should be pristine. The concept of an ideal body image has permeated in our society for decades.
Through my images I want to create an honest exploration of the body through an assortment of paint-soaked perspectives. Exposing more than just physical beauty, but what is inside. Bold and reflective, I want to change societal implications on restrictive standards of beauty and express the vulnerability of being comfortable.
There is beauty in exposure.
